Wow, interesting. This is the same book from 1983, right? Is there a new intro or anything? For some reason Amazon doesn’t list it with the original Earthseed entry.

Erin, it’s a new reissue, just released with a new cover. (If you didn’t know, there have been pretty decent sequels–FARSEED and SEED SEEKER–released over the last few years, and it’s being developed into a movie as well). You might enjoy Monday’s guest post by Deva Fagan on the series.
